What you walk away with
Three things, in this order
You use AI. You suspect you could be doing a lot more with it. You read about advanced workflows and feel a step behind. Most courses you find demand a technical basis you don't have. The Workshop changes that.
Confidence
Stop feeling behind. Catch up on what's actually possible and get a clear path from how you use AI now to where you want to be. No more wondering which workflow to copy or whether you're doing it right.
Judgement
The right way to do things. Build the reflexes that come from real commercial and marketing work: when to trust AI, when to verify, what it lies about, how to brief it well.
Skills
Practical skills you can lead with. Walk away with multiple AI tools built for your actual job, ready to use Monday and share with your team. No technical basis required, ever.
From a recent training session
“I've come away feeling really excited about what AI can do, and it's really opened my eyes. Since our session, I've already used AI in a ridiculous number of new ways and significantly improved my output so much.”

Pick your cohort
For teams
Bring The Workshop to your team
If you have 4 to 10 commercial or marketing people who'd benefit from this together, we run private cohorts tailored to your business: your sector, your tools, your data, your real work.
Same outcomes as the public cohort, sharper because everyone shares the same context. In-person or online.
Honest answers to honest questions
I use ChatGPT, not Claude. Does that work?+
Yes. We demo in Claude and Claude Code because that's our stack of choice, but everything we teach works in ChatGPT, Gemini, and most other LLMs. We call out the equivalents as we go.
I'm not technical. Am I out of my depth?+
No. The whole course is designed for non-technical commercial and marketing people. If you can use email and a browser, you can do this. We meet you where you are.
What if I miss a session?+
There are only four sessions, so pick a month when you can definitely make all of them. We do record every session and upload to your private GitHub repo within 24 hours, so you can catch up if you miss one. But you'll get the full value when you attend all four live.
What will I actually build?+
You build in every session, not just at the end. Across the four sessions you'll ship a personal AI assistant (Session 1), a marketing tool (Session 2), a commercial tool (Session 3), and polish one of them (or build something brand new) to show in Session 4. Past examples: a brand voice writer, a weekly competitor scanner, a content brief generator, a custom research assistant.
Do I need to install anything?+
Just a free Claude or ChatGPT account to get started. We may introduce Claude Code in Session 3 for those who want to go further, but it's optional. We do recommend a paid subscription to Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to get the most out of the training. Even just for one month and then cancel. Our belief is it lets you do so much more.
Why £399? What's not included?+
£399 covers six hours of live training in a small cohort, lifetime access to all materials, and the alumni community. There are no upsells, no tiers, no hidden modules. If you want 1:1 coaching beyond the course, that's a separate consultancy engagement.
Can my company pay by invoice?+
Yes. Email us at hello@bristolaished.com and we'll send an invoice.
Is this connected to Bristol AI Shed events?+
The Workshop is a Bristol AI Shed sub-brand, but it's separate from the events. The events are community-first and free; The Workshop is a paid training programme. They share DNA, not delivery.
